To use UniExchange, you must be a college student with a valid .edu email address. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are a current college student.
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. You must not:
User Accounts: To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
Misuse of the App: You agree not to use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Intellectual Property: You shall not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content or materials from the App without prior written consent from UniExchange.
Interference: You shall not disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the App or its servers.
User-Generated Content: By submitting content to the App (e.g., listings, reviews, comments), you grant UniExchange a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the App.
Content Guidelines: You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, false, misleading, or infringes upon the rights of others.
We use analytics tools, including Mixpanel, to better understand how users interact with the App and to help us improve the user experience. These tools may collect anonymous usage data such as app interactions, features accessed, and general device information.

Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of the App is at your own risk. The App and its content are provided "as is," without any warranties or representations of any kind.
Third-Party Content: The App may contain links to third-party websites or content. UniExchange does not endorse or assume responsibility for such content.
Account Suspension: UniExchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful activities.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your account and access to the App's features will be disabled, and any submitted content may be removed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniExchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to transaction disputes, communication issues, or loss of data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted in the App or communicated to users via email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
